Oakley's Two!!

On August 16 our little baby boy turned 2 years old! Below are some pictures from his party...which went much better than his first birthday party. For those of you who don't remember poor Oakley was completely polka-dotted. He had some strange rash and was so sick! This year he had a blast and LOVED all his presents. Thank you to all those that came and shared in his special day!

Here are some highlights of Oakley at two:

~When you ask him how old he is he will tell you four. (Why is it as kids we always want to be older than we really are!)

~His favorite color is blue and he points it out to us often. He also knows the color orange and green and is working on yellow and red.

~He can count to 10 almost completely by himself

~He is talking in full sentences now

~He LOVES to ride tractors and 4-wheelers

~He hates to wash and comb his hair...he literally screams bloody murder every time!

~He is starting to stick up for himself and fight with Avery...I never imagined the day I would be breaking up fights and now it is already here. :(

~He will ask you "want a bite of toe" and then will crack up laughing...I think he has his daddy's sense of humor.

~He LOVES to wrestle

~And of course he is already a big UK fan and yells "GO CATS" when he sees something UK

~He is VERY shy and hides his head when someone says hi.

~If I knew Jason as a toddler I would be willing to bet Oaks is just like he was.

~He also calls all cow's bulls, whether it is a bull or not. He only likes bulls...what can I say! :)

~He loves the movie Cars and anything Thomas. His favorite toys are his matchbox cars and his Thomas the train

~We started Potty training and now he is wearing underwear full time and rarely having accidents! THANK GOODNESS!!!
