Springtime!

We have had some of the most beautiful weather this March! It is hard to believe we have already reached 80 degree temperatures. Needless to say we have been spending LOTS of time outside!!
Spring Blooms make me smile!

Avery loves to climb!  She was looking for the turkeys we kept hearing.

With the arrival of spring comes storms and strong winds.  Unfortunately, the wind got the best of our trampoline a few weeks ago...we even had it staked down.  The kids are so heartbroken!!

Project 52: Week 11

Spring!

Jovie Rose is One!!

I am so glad I had the pleasure of taking this little beauty's one year pictures.  She is such a doll and I can't believe she is about to be ONE!!  Happy birthday Jovie Rose!  We love you!!!

These next few pictures were taken in her Mommy's dress and shoes.  Gino (Jovie's Mommy)  had her picture taken in this same dress, sitting in a red chair around the same age.  Isn't that so sweet!?!

Project 52: Week 10

"Music is a moral law.  It give soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything."  ~Plato

My Dad has a love for music and he owns hundreds of records.  He has even given me a few of them though out the years.  When I look or listen to them it always reminds me of my Dad.  He is the type of person that will forever have music playing.  As a kid, he and my mom would dance in the living room with Katie, Daniel and I.  I loved those moments and cherish those memories from my childhood.  Thank you for the music Dad and teaching me to dance!  I love you!

Great Wolf Lodge

Since Avery was out of school last Monday we deiced to take the kids to Great Wolf Lodge for a long weekend.  It was such a neat place and the kiddo's had a blast!  I think they were pretty much exhausted by Monday and so were Jason and I.  However, it was so much fun and we can't wait to go back!
Following the Links...Great Wolf or Bust!

They sure did sleep good at night!  Of course Oaks is still awake!

Avery and Allie loved the Lazy River, but there was nothing lazy about it when they were going around!

Waiting for the waves to start!

The kids loved the "hot pool" as they called it.

She couldn't take anymore...it was time for a nap!
