The Miles Family

I love this family! Not only are they so sweet, but they are also great friends!  You can always count on Jeff for a good laugh and Heather is an amazing person.  She gives the best complements and always knows how to make your feel better about yourself!  Not to mention Olivia and Bryson are super cute!  It was an honor to take their family pictures and I hope they enjoy them for years to come!

Hey Jude!

To say that I can't wait for this little guy to be born is an understatement! He has no idea what an awesome family he is coming into...or maybe he does! I so love pregnant bellies and Sarah, you look amazing pregnant!  It definitely suits you.

One things for sure, John David kept me laughing this entire shoot!  You just never know what he is going to do!

Baby Jude's Shower

This past weekend I was able to have some of my closest friends over to shower our friend Sarah in presents for Baby Jude! We had a blast and I feel so blessed to have such amazing people in my life! I can't wait for Jude's arrival in November!

A few of us ladies, of course hanging out around the food!

Miss Maya eating her cupcake!

Lakelyn with her Papa!

RaeRae!

The best baby shower game ever!  Pictionary with baby words!

Even the "Daddy to be" got in on the action!

“There is nothing I would not do for those who are really my friends. I have no notion of loving people by halves, it is not my nature.”
Jane Austen, Northanger Abbey

The Kline & Strader kiddo's!  We had an amazing evening of singing song with the kids!  They got a pretty good kick out of us adults singing and dancing for them!  Moments like this is what we live for!!

Lakelyn's First Haircut

Last week I took Miss Lakelyn to get her very first hair cut!  I wasn't sure how she would do, but she sat up in the chair like a pro!  Afterwards, all she talked about was Rhonda cutting her hair.   She would say, "Onda cut my hair, it petty!"  And for those of you worried about those beautiful little curls, they are still there!!

This is what I get when I ask her to smile!

She loved to watch Rhonda work her magic!

Toothless

Miss Avery Elizabeth waited forever to loose her first tooth. Everyone her age, and even younger, were loosing teeth all over the place, but not her. I think she wiggled her teeth every single day to see if any were loose. Finally, about a year ago, she lost her 1st bottom tooth and then a few weeks later the other bottom one came out.  Then that was it....no more loose teeth.  She waited some more, and wiggled every night to no avail, until a few weeks ago when she discovered her top tooth was FINALLY loose!  She pulled it last week and low and behold she pulled the other one this week.  She is so excited to have her two front teeth missing!  And if you ask me she is pretty darn cute with her missing teeth!  Now, I just hope she realizes at her rate it will probably be another year before she looses anymore!!

September in Pictures

I love all the fall scenery that starts in September and to be honest I have been a little addicted to photographing it. So hears to a little nature overload and a few pictures of the kiddo's!

The boys of fall!  Oaks has been enjoying his first year of football, but he told me this week that next year he wants to play baseball again and try soccer instead of football.  I am pretty much okay with that! ;)  I am not too fond of my little man playing a such a contact sport.  I don't know how you football mom's do it!

Avery has really been excelling in gymnastics and has been doing back handsprings all over the place.  She is now working on her back tuck!

Daddy, the kids and of course Chip taking a ride!

The crown Avery made for Daddy!

For this I used my zoom lens!  I am not getting close, but they are so neat and beautiful in their own spidery way.

The Cooper Family

I loved photographing this sweet family! Karen and I played softball together way back in the day and it was so nice to get a chance to catch up with her. She has a beautiful family and her boys kept me laughing the whole time! Next time, we are going to have to talk Dad into getting in few shots!
