November in Pictures

We have had a very busy November! We started it out with a 60th birthday party at my parents for two amazing people.
Aunt Janice is 60!!!

We took our annual trip to the Rodeo.  Avery and Oaks love to ride the mechanical bull.

Papa and Gran's new puppy.  They named him Mango, but Lakelyn calls him Pango and it has stuck.  Lakelyn's new favorite song is PANGO (sang to the tune of BINGO) thanks to her Papa!

Random Pictures from October

October is such a beautiful time of year! I am so thankful that we get to enjoy all four season here in Kentucky, but even more thankful for the warm weather we had all through October!

Project 52: Week 45

Never a dull moment with a 5 year old boy in your house.  Last week a busted eyebrow, this week a burnt hand, lets just hope next week is better!

Project 52: Week 44

Trick or Treat!

BOO!

As usual the kiddo's had a blast trick or treating and came home with entirety way to much candy!  Lakelyn was hilarious this year!  She really got into the whole say "Trick or Treat" and someone just gives you candy.  This did not help at all with her extreme sweet tooth!  She also would make herself at home at every house we went to.  She would just jump up on their couch and start rocking herself, like she owned the place!

Avery and Oaks really got into picking out their own costumes this year and were so excited when they came in the mail.  Oakley came home from Pre-school one day telling Jason and I that he guessed he was going to have to be a cowboy for Halloween (this is after he had told us he wanted to be a astronaut.)  He seemed so disappointed.  I asked him why and his response was "Well, Makayla is going to be a cowgirl so she said I have to be a cowboy, but I really just want to be an astronaut."  Poor guy, he was really upset that he thought he had to be what Makayla told him to be!  LOL!

As far as Avery goes, I think she was more excited about the make-up I let her wear than the actual costume!  Although she does want to wear her pink lady jacket to school everyday now!  She has never even seen the movie Grease, but I can't wait to let her watch it with me when she gets a little older.  It is one of my all time favorite movies.  I am pretty sure she is the cutest pink lady I have ever seen!!

Someone asked Avery if she was Frenchie, Rizzo, Jan, Marty or Sandy and Avery said "Who are those people?"  LOL!
