Easter Weekend

On Saturday Avery, Oakley and I dyed Easter eggs. Kind of a messy task, but it was fun. Avery wanted to eat them as soon as they were done and all Oaks wanted to do was play in the dye. The kids were so excited to wake up Easter morning to see what the Easter Bunny left them. Avery was excited about everything, but all Oaks cared about was the chocolate. I think he ate 3 cadbury eggs before we realized it! Then we got ready and went to church. After church we went to Gran and Papa's for Easter dinner and a egg hunt. Again, Avery had a blast and all Oakley wanted was to eat what was in the egg as soon as he found it. Egg hunting was just not his thing this year. We were blessed with a fun and beautiful Easter Sunday. What a great day to celebrate our risen Savior!
