We have had a ton of these out of our garden this year. If anyone out there has any great squash recipes, please let me know. I am in major need of some new ideas!

After Timmy threw me in. I had time to smile for the picture, but I promise I was in pure shock when he did it. All the way home Lakelyn kept saying, "Mimmy, threw Mommy in the water!" That was all she talked about for days!

My dad loves it when my mom takes the really large squash, cuts out the seedy middle, then batter & fry it like onion rings. :)
